  • Once a year, ELITE hosts an interest week where prospective members can learn about the organization and meet its members. During Interest Week, ELITE will host tryouts and release an application for membership consideration.

    Prospective ELITE Models will be assessed based on performance during walk tryouts and their application.

    Prospective ELITE Staff members will be assessed by their applications, which will include a creative portfolio.

  • No. When joining ELITE, we want you to hone in and focus on one of your strengths. With this method, we can ensure that you’ve reached an ELITE standard by time you debut as part of the organization. Once part of the organization, you may work in any discipline.
